A fast neon arcade game by DigitalTurns for iPhone, iPad and Android.

Crates are breaking out, and only you can stop them. Tap crates to smash them before they slip away, draw walls and nets on the field, fire power-ups and unleash Meteor Storm. There are 360 levels across 8 worlds, each with Normal, Hard and Nightmare difficulties, four Endless modes and a new Daily Challenge every day.

I bought something but didn’t get it

Open the game with an internet connection and give it a moment: purchases that didn’t finish are delivered the next time the game starts. On iPhone and iPad you can also use Settings › Restore Purchases in the game. If it still hasn’t arrived, email us with the date of the purchase.

Restoring purchases on a new device

No Ads, the Premium Bundle, the Starter Pack’s exclusive item and the cosmetic sets come back with Settings › Restore Purchases, as long as you use the same Apple ID or Google account. Coin packs are used up when bought and are not restored this way; your coins travel with your saved progress instead.

Will I lose my progress if I delete the game or change phones?

On iPhone and iPad your progress is kept in your own iCloud account and comes back when you reinstall the game signed in to the same Apple ID (iCloud must be on). On Android, your phone’s standard backup to your Google account restores it.

What does No Ads remove?

No Ads removes the ads that appear between runs. Ads you choose to watch for a reward (like double coins or a second chance) stay available, and are always optional.

How do I change my ad privacy choices?

In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, open Settings › Privacy Choices in the game to switch between personalised and non-personalised ads. On iPhone and iPad, tracking permission is under your device’s Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.

Leaderboards and achievements

On iPhone and iPad, sign in to Game Center to see leaderboards and achievements. Only ranked runs (the Daily Challenge and Ranked Endless) that weren’t continued with a revive post scores.

Privacy policy

Crate Escape is a game by DigitalTurns (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information is used when you play, who handles it and the choices you have. In short: we don’t run accounts or servers for the game and we don’t collect personal information ourselves. The game shows ads, and our ad partners process some device information to do so.

Information stored on your device

Your progress, settings, coins and purchases are saved on your device. On iPhone and iPad they are also kept in your own iCloud account so they come back if you reinstall the game or change device; on Android, your device’s standard backup may copy them to your Google account. We cannot see or access this data.

Advertising

The game is free and supported by ads, served through Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) and Unity Ads. To show ads, limit how often you see them, measure them and prevent fraud, these partners receive information from your device, such as:

device identifiers, including the advertising identifier (on iPhone and iPad only if you allow tracking)
device and app details (model, operating system, language, app version)
IP address and the approximate location it indicates
how you interact with ads

Your ad and tracking choices

iPhone and iPad: when the game first opens, it asks for permission to track. If you don’t allow it, ads can’t use your advertising identifier. You can change this at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland: before any ads are shown, the game asks whether you want personalised or non-personalised ads. You’ll see the same number of ads either way, and you can change your answer at any time in the game under Settings › Privacy Choices.
Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
No Ads: buying No Ads (or the Premium Bundle) removes the ads between runs. Ads you choose to watch for rewards remain available.

Purchases

In-app purchases are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your payment details. The game checks the store’s receipt on your device to deliver what you bought.

Game Center

On Apple devices, if you are signed in to Game Center, your scores and achievements are sent to Apple to show leaderboards and achievements. Apple’s privacy policy applies to Game Center.

Analytics

The game does not use analytics services and does not send us information about how you play.

Children

Crate Escape is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will help remove it.

Your rights and deleting your data

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information and to object to its processing. Because we don’t hold personal information ourselves, requests about advertising data are best made to the ad partner above; we’re happy to help you do so. Deleting the game, and its data in iCloud (iPhone Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage Storage) or your Google backup, removes everything the game stores for you.

Changes

We may update this policy when the game changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Crate Escape is licensed to you under the terms of the store you downloaded it from: Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement for the App Store, and the Google Play Terms of Service for Google Play.

Coins and other in-game items have no cash value, can’t be exchanged for money, and are for use in Crate Escape only.
Purchases are processed and refunded by Apple or Google under their policies.
We may change, balance or update the game, including prices of in-game items bought with coins.
